Applications will not be considered without a cover letter and unofficial transcript. # Investigator Internship Program Organization is currently offering unpaid Investigator Internship Program for college students in their junior or senior year, graduate students, and law students who have completed their first year of law school. This program is available during the summer, spring or fall and interns must work at least twenty hours a week for at least ten weeks. ## Job Responsibilities Investigator interns work closely with staff attorneys and their clients. They are responsible for: - Interviewing witnesses - Writing reports - Taking photographs - Diagramming crime scenes - Delivering subpoenas to witnesses - Gathering records and other documents essential to the defense - Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials - Helping clients obtain treatment for substance abuse or mental health issues ## Requirements - Must be a licensed driver and have an insured vehicle - Must obtain a private investigator’s license through the New Hampshire Department of Safety - Must submit a cover letter and unofficial transcript with the application ## Benefits - Reimbursement for job-related mileage expenses - Assistance in obtaining a private investigator’s license through the New Hampshire Department of Safety - Valuable experience working with attorneys and clients
