The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, coupled with expertise in counseling, dispute resolution, and regulatory advice for both domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.

Job Details:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide counsel and expertise in dispute resolution related to global franchise and supply network matters.
• Offer regulatory advice and guidance on legal compliance for both domestic and international operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal support for global business initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in franchise and supply chain regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements for franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• High level of academic achievement with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Law firm experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal practice.
• Expertise in superb writing, drafting, and communication skills to convey complex legal concepts.

Experience:

Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in franchise law or related fields are advantageous.
