  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and legal developments within the specified industries.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an attorney.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and diagnostic industries.
  • Capability to manage junior attorneys.
  • Experience providing regulatory and compliance support in corporate transactions or capital markets matters.
  • Proven experience representing companies and investors in the specified industries.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.
