Kanner & Pintaluga, a rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Litigation Attorney to join our team in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of expanding our First Party Property Practice to Colorado and potentially take on a leadership role in our new office.

Position Summary:

As a Litigation Attorney with Kanner & Pintaluga, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case load. This includes utilizing your 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically in First Party Property Damage, to evaluate claims and negotiate for the best outcome for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position with the potential for a 12-month transition to in-office work.

Requirements & Skills:

- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Prior experience in First Party Property Damage preferred
