Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for managing and resolving investigations, litigation, and pre-litigation disputes
- Provide strategic litigation advice to the business on a daily basis
- Assist with supervising outside counsel and managing insured claims
- Collaborate with business leaders to promote risk avoidance and prevent litigation
- Coordinate reserve analyses and legal disclosures as needed

Qualifications:

- and admission to practice before a state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong preference for experience in medical malpractice and civil rights claims related to healthcare services in a jail or prison setting
