A law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with a focus on commercial transactions to join their team in Rockford, IL. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing and representing clients in commercial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois Law license in good standing. The candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in handling commercial transactions.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in commercial transaction cases, including contract disputes, negotiations, and breach of contract matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to commercial transactions, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
