Florida Attorney General's Internship Program

- Application Deadlines: Fall: June 30
- Capital Appeals (M,D,T,Ta,W)
- Capital Appeals Division: The Criminal and Capital Appeals Division represents and defends State prosecutions in all criminal appeals in the five state courts of appeal, the Florida Supreme Court and federal courts. The five criminal bureaus provide legal assistance to the state attorneys. The Capital Appeals Bureau handles death penalty litigation statewide before the Florida Supreme Court and federal courts.

- Interning for the Office of the Attorney General affords law students an opportunity to gain practical experience in a legal field and offers students a chance to perform meaningful work toward the completion of their degree.
- Internships available consist primarily of law student interns.
- The Office of the Attorney General Law Student Internship Program is open to interested students enrolled in an accredited ABA law school.
- The program offers unpaid internships for academic credit and through participation in law school sponsored programs.
