Responsibilities:
- Provide partnership tax services to Baker Tilly as an Experienced Associate
- Work with firm leadership to build the business and have a direct impact on success
- No typical tax busy season
- Collaborate with team to provide holistic approach to tax planning and compliance
- Be a trusted business advisor to find creative solutions to complex accounting and business challenges
- Steady schedule year-round without large peaks of busy season
- Opportunity for professional growth and development
- Currently remote position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA license preferred
- 1+ years of experience in public accounting preferred
- Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relationships, and problem solving
- Microsoft Suite skills
- No immigration sponsorship available

Additional Information:
- Compensation range: $61,070 to $105,480
- Actual compensation influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location
