The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, strong litigation experience, and exceptional research and writing skills. This individual will play a crucial role in handling product liability cases, conducting legal research, and providing strategic legal advice to clients.

 

Duties:

  • Manage and handle product liability cases from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on product liability issues and strategies
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
  • Stay updated on changes in product liability laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on product liability
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
  • Preferably licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey
  • Exceptional academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Court and deposition experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
