About the Role:
- Responsible for handling and managing a docket of litigated and pre-litigated matters
- Strategize on scalable processes and procedures for efficient and consistent handling of personal injury matters
- Work with outside counsel to ensure consistent and effective handling and reporting of information from ongoing personal injury matters
- Manage all aspects of outside counsel relationships, including litigation strategy, work product, and budgets

Responsibilities:
- Manage a growing docket of personal injury and interpersonal matters
- Strategize on scalable processes and procedures for efficient and consistent handling of personal injury matters
- Preparing and responding to discovery and dispositive motions
- Work with outside counsel to ensure consistent and effective handling and reporting of information from ongoing personal injury matters
- Manage all aspects of outside counsel relationships, including litigation strategy, work product, and budgets

Requirements:
- degree
- 4+ years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department handling insurance litigation, coverage issues, and/or pre-litigation disputes
- Familiar with personal injury litigation including managing document collection and review, preparing witnesses for depositions and/or trial testimony, and complying with third party subpoenas
- Able to provide practical advice and properly balance risks and business reward

- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on any task

Compensation:
- Location-specific base salary range: $180,900 - $285,600 USD
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors such as skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location
