The candidate will assist in the structuring and documentation of mortgage and asset-based lending, loan modifications, and workouts structuring and drafting of government-backed loans, as well as handling other legal work in diverse commercial real estate practices. Should preferably have prior experience in structuring and documentation of mortgage and asset-based lending, loan modifications and workouts, or structuring and drafting of government-backed loans. Must have prior legal experience in commercial real estate lending.
