Job Details:

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, procedural and dispositive motions, and fact witness depositions.
• Handle civil litigation matters, with a focus on product liability cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case development and strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• 3-6 years of significant experience in civil litigation.
• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar or ability to waive into the jurisdiction.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar or ability to waive into the jurisdiction.
