Duties:

  • Handle disputes related to transportation matters.
  • Work on regulatory matters involving USCG, MARAD, and FMC.
  • Assist with shipping finance transactions.
  • Communicate directly with clients and attorneys across global offices.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

 

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • 1-3 years of law firm experience.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Excellent drafting, research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Interest or background in asset finance with a shipping focus is advantageous.
