Responsibilities:

- Provide legal representation to Progressive Insurance Companies in litigation matters
- Handle cases from beginning to end, including preparing legal documents and negotiating settlements
- Work closely with claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation
- Analyze written discovery and depositions
- Assess the value of claims to determine risk exposure

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree or higher
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- Two years of general or auto civil litigation experience, or two years of civil litigation experience with a strong emphasis on first party property cases
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Compensation:

- $118,320 - $139,200 per year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of eligible earnings based on company performance
