Salary Information: The wage range for this role is $80,920 to $184,210.

Position Summary:

- Deloitte is seeking a Senior Legal Business Associate for Tax and Legal Business Services to join their team.
- This role focuses on using technology to transform legal processes and increase efficiencies for clients.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with legal and/or technology solutions and be able to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week.

What You'll Do:

- Participate in client management, delivery, solutions, support, project management, cross-functional teaming, people development, and business development.
- Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leverage technology, and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide training and support for software and process changes.
- Assist with project management tasks and maintain relationships with clients.
- Participate in the development of team members and contribute to pursuit teams.

The Team:

- Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team helps tax departments improve their processes and become strategic business advisors through technology.
- The team specializes in tax and offers a combination of skills, methodology, and practical experience to help clients with ERP implementation.
- TTC professionals work globally to support clients and address their unique needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with one or more of the following: CLM software implementation, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, Salesforce configuration.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, Procurement/Legal Procurement, SAS Certified Data Scientist, Paralegal Certification, Technical Certifications.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in relevant field.
- Experience with template rationalization, playbook creation, and contracting processes.
