KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients
- Participate in accounting for income taxes, including ASC 740
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience
- Manage a portfolio of clients and act as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Build and maintain client relationships, monitor tax professionals and assistants, and contribute to market and business activities
- Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements
- Advise clients and deliver high quality tax service and advice

Qualifications:

- Minimum eight years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM with strong knowledge of ASC 740
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships
- Prior experience managing multiple client engagements and service teams
- Excellent advisory, compliance, and communication skills (verbal and written)
