Job Description:

The Pre-Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases, including monthly case reviews, drafting vital correspondence and notices, conducting demand reviews with clients, and negotiating settlements. They will also be responsible for resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests, as well as building client cases and verifying all injuries, damages, and losses are accurately documented for maximum recovery. Additionally, the Pre-Litigation Attorney will research and analyze case-specific legal issues and maintain strong communication and rapport with clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Monthly case reviews
- Drafting vital correspondence and notices
- Demand reviews with clients
- Settlement disbursements
- Resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests
- Building client cases and verifying all injuries, damages, and losses are accurately documented
- Researching and analyzing case-specific legal issues
- Maintaining strong communication and rapport with clients
- Negotiating settlements

Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the personal injury field
- Extensive knowledge of auto collisions, premises liability, and general negligence
- Licensed to practice in Colorado
- Strong organizational, accuracy, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with multiple staff members
