  • Commercial litigation expertise is required.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Florida.
  • Must maintain applicable license renewal and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.

 

Experience:

5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm or through clerking.
