## Attorney Organization is looking for a talented Attorney to join its team and provide legal advice to leaders on topics related to government contracting, customer relations, strategic initiatives, and compliance programs. The successful candidate will join a team of 8,000 employees working at primary locations in Pennsylvania, New York, South Carolina, and Idaho. **Job Description** Organization is seeking an experienced Attorney to serve as a legal advisor to its leaders on a wide array of topics related to the organization's needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for legal risk mitigation in a government contracting environment, customer relations, strategic initiatives and compliance programs. **Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill** - Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school - Active license to practice law in at least one state of operation - Active membership in good standing of the bar in at least one state of operation (NY, PA, or ID) - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience **Preferred Skills** - Experience or exposure to: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex government contracts (experience with government construction contracts is preferred) - FAR, DEAR, and DFARS (preferably) - Supporting contract, subcontract, False Claims Act, or other investigations related to federal procurement law and compliance issues - Organizational conflict of interest restrictions - Excellent academic credentials - Superior analytical, written, and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines - Ability to provide sound, clear legal advice within the company, including senior executives - Ability to adapt communication style depending on the recipient's level of sophistication about legal issues - DOE M&O experience is preferred **Salary and Benefits** Salary is commensurate with experience.
