The candidate will be drafting and preparing pleading, motions, and other related litigation documents. Conducting research for complex litigation cases. Preparing for and arguing motions independently. Coordinating, collaborating, and supporting other litigation attorneys. Organizing filing of litigation documents and processes. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws relating to litigation matters. Taking and defending depositions. Managing discovery in complex litigation settings.
