An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Bankruptcy CRM Attorney at the esteemed law firm in Dallas. In this role, you will provide invaluable assistance in reviewing high-volume nationwide bankruptcy matters. As a liaison between clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other bankruptcy personnel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the expeditious handling of client files while adhering to federal and local bankruptcy rules and firm-established guidelines. Reporting directly to the Firm's Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney, you will contribute to the dynamic team by managing and monitoring cases within the case management system. If you are a licensed attorney with a keen eye for detail, a passion for bankruptcy law, and the ability to work efficiently with a diverse array of files, we invite you to be part of the collaborative team.
Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing high-volume nationwide bankruptcy matters for client cases, conducting thorough research and legal analysis, and communicating effectively with clients, internal staff, and other stakeholders to ensure proper case handling. Maintaining data integrity within the case management system and working diligently on a fast-paced, high-volume caseload will be central to your role. Additionally, you will monitor and review various pleadings and orders while updating client and firm management systems accurately and promptly. Your contributions will extend to accepting other duties as assigned by management.
To excel in this position, candidates must be licensed to practice law in any state. Your legal expertise, paired with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume bankruptcy matters, will be highly valued. Strong attention to detail, efficient prioritization, and the capacity to work at a fast pace are essential.
