Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to breach of contract, business torts, and intellectual property disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, and prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, assessing the merits of cases and advising on potential courses of action.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• 3-5 years of substantive experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, with a strong academic record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated advocacy skills in a litigation setting.
• Proven client development potential.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
