H2: Job Responsibilities - Provide legal advice and support on healthcare law, particularly regulatory compliance and contract review and negotiation. - Draft, review, revise, and negotiate legal agreements and documents. - Conduct research and investigate healthcare law issues. - Collaborate with various corporate departments to resolve complex issues. - Assist with potential and pre-litigation matters. - Assist with special projects as assigned.
