  • Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to strategize and execute case strategies.
  • Stay updated on changes in family law statutes and case law.

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Empathy and compassion when dealing with clients facing family law issues.
