The Construction Law Attorney will be a vital member of the legal team in New York City, specializing in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing construction contracts. Job Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding construction-related issues and disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and consistency in contractual matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments in construction law and apply knowledge to cases and projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing construction law.
  • Proven track record in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
