Overview:

Level Legal, a Dallas-based legal services company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Review Manager to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and manage document review projects for a range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree, be an active US-licensed attorney, and have at least 2 years of experience managing complex document review projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end document review projects, including staffing, training, technology, and customer needs
- Provide high level strategic advice to clients on review workflow and strategy
- Contribute to general management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and revenue projections
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of reviews, while consistently striving to exceed customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and company leadership
- Train teams on legal issues and communication expectations
- Collaborate with recruiting team to identify and provide feedback on potential candidates
- Generate daily client-facing reports using Power BI
- Demonstrate servant leadership by coordinating onsite facilities, remote and logistical considerations, and being the first to arrive and last to leave during tight deadlines
- Validate payroll and time utilization throughout each workday
- Assist sales team in pursuing new opportunities and identifying upselling opportunities for existing clients

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree
- Active US-licensed attorney in good standing
- 2+ years of experience managing complex document review projects
- 4+ years of experience in document review as an attorney
- Attentive to detail, resourceful, and driven
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Self-starter with strong team player skills
- Proven decision making and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Significant experience and knowledge of Relativity
- Advanced certification in Relativity or Brainspace
- Familiarity with O365 applications

Salary and Benefits:

- This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year
