Job Title: Head of Private Platforms and Anti-Covert Tracking, Privacy Sandbox at Google

Job Description:
- Lead a team of product specialists to manage and coach anti-covert tracking initiatives and provide early-stage feedback on new technologies for privacy-forward web and mobile capabilities.
- Develop deep expertise on Privacy Sandbox technologies and support product managers in developing strategies and collateral for early adopters.
- Collaborate with industry partners to build integration plans and gather feedback.
- Equip the Global Partnerships team to support stakeholders interested in using Privacy Sandbox technologies.
- Support major announcements and milestones in the Privacy Sandbox roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a client-facing role with web or mobile infrastructure providers, integrators and service providers, sites or apps, online privacy, or trust and safety industries.
- Experience with web and mobile platform technologies, product strategy and business models.
- Experience as a people manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or JD.
- Experience working with product teams to launch technical partner integrations and manage collaborative partner relationships.
- Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and relationships drive success.
- Ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.

Salary Information:
- US base salary range: $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
- Salary ranges determined by role, level, and location.
- Range displayed on job posting reflects minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
