Job Overview:

The Senior Attorney will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, lawyers, and third parties, producing high-quality work product, meeting deadlines, and fostering positive work relationships. This role involves reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.

Duties:

  • Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, lawyers, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Foster positive work relationships.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with drafting litigation documents.
  • Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation preferred.
  • State and federal court experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Admitted to practice law with 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in drafting litigation documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
