Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Handle private equity transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Participate in venture capital transactions, providing legal counsel as needed.
• Manage joint venture transactions, addressing legal aspects and contractual requirements.
• Conduct due diligence in corporate transactions to identify legal risks and implications.
• Interact with clients, providing legal advice and support in corporate matters.
• Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Experience:

• Accumulate 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
• Have experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm environment.

Educational Background:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Maintain State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
