A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Commercial Litigation/Insurance Coverage Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills and be confident in appearing before court and clients. Bar admission in PA is helpful.

Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation matters related to insurance coverage
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding insurance coverage issues
• Analyze insurance policies and interpret coverage provisions
• Prepare coverage opinions and coverage position letters
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and depositions
• Develop case strategies and provide litigation support to senior attorneys
• Maintain organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation
• Bar admission in PA (additional Bar admissions beneficial)
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Bar admission in PA (additional Bar admissions beneficial)
