Responsibilities:

Own advanced contract and contract-related activities
Manage one or more contract support personnel
Negotiate intellectual property and information technology software licensing contracts
Identify and assess legal and business risks
Review, draft and negotiate non-routine contractual provisions
Manage version control of assigned contracts
Partner with business teams and in-house counsel
Advise on potential legal risks and provide solutions
Support in-house counsel with special projects

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience negotiating software contracts
Excellent contract review, drafting and negotiation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team player with strong relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and desire for growth
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
