Sr. Global Compliance Counsel - Job Summary: Labcorp is seeking a Senior Global Compliance Counsel to join their Corporate Compliance Department. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of anti-corruption laws and regulations, import/export regulations, trade sanctions, and anti-human trafficking compliance. They will also be responsible for managing internal and third-party risk assessments, providing regulatory counseling, and conducting internal investigations. This full-time position is available in 5 locations and requires a . from an ABA accredited law school and 5-7 years of legal expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth knowledge of FCPA, anti-bribery regulations, import/export regulations, trade sanctions, and anti-human trafficking compliance. - Manage foreign third party due diligence processes and risk evaluations. - Provide regulatory counseling and oversee the global compliance training program. - Participate in acquisition due diligence and integration. - Conduct internal investigations related to violations of Labcorp's Code of Conduct. - Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices and implement new policies and processes. - Collaborate with outside counsel and consultants as needed.
