The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in labor and employment law, with strong writing and analytical skills and excellent academic credentials. A license to practice in WV is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters
- Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and administrative proceedings
- Stay current with developments in labor and employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- License to practice in WV
