The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of state and federal court litigation experience, be admitted to the California Bar, possess excellent academic and professional credentials, demonstrate superior research and writing ability, exhibit strong analytical skills, and have excellent communication skills. While clerkship experience is preferred, candidates must be admitted and actively barred in both the state where they reside and in California.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters related to consumer financial services in state and federal courts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and case preparation to provide effective legal counsel.
• Draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Appear in court to argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies and objectives.
• Offer legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance within the consumer financial services industry.
• Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation for efficient case management.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in consumer financial services laws and regulations.

Requirements:
