A law firm in Albany, NY, is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience and significant competency in corporate, tax, trust and estates, and commercial matters. Preference will be given to candidates with an . in Tax or an accounting background. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients in corporate, tax, trust and estates, and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement case strategies and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of legal experience with competency in corporate, tax, trust and estates, and commercial matters.
• An . in Tax or an accounting background is preferred.
• Active Bar license in the state of New York or eligibility to obtain one.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
