Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced Commercial/Fiduciary Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or probate and trust litigation experience, with probate administration and estate planning experience considered a plus.

Duties:

  • Handle commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation cases
  • Manage probate administration and estate planning matters (if experienced)
  • Maintain self-motivated organizational and time management skills
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone or email
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding case progress
  • Accurately record billable hours in an ethical manner
  • Contribute to the improvement of firm operations and work environment
  • Utilize case management systems and technology effectively
  • Familiarity with Caret/ZolaSuite is advantageous

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation experience
  • Probate administration and estate planning experience preferred
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Technologically confident with proficiency in case management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar

Skills:

  • Commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation expertise
  • Proficiency in probate administration and estate planning (if applicable)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Technological proficiency, including familiarity with case management systems
