Key Responsibilities:
As a Private Equity Valuations Manager at PwC, you will work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new skills outside of your comfort zone
- Resolving issues that hinder team effectiveness
- Coaching team members and encouraging their personal development
- Analyzing complex ideas and providing meaningful recommendations
- Using multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations
- Addressing sub-standard work and ensuring it meets the firm's and client's expectations
- Using data and insights to inform decision-making
- Developing a point of view on global trends and their impact on clients
- Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in managerial roles
- CPA license, CFA exam levels 1 & 2, JD, PhD, MBA, Master's degree in Finance or related field, State Certified Appraiser License, Member Appraisal Institute, or completion of CCIM designation
- Knowledge of accounting, tax, and regulatory standards for financial instruments
- Experience with valuation methodologies and equity allocation for financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in financial modeling and industry software (INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg, CapIQ, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of real estate finance or hospitality industry
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
