The candidate must have an interest in bankruptcy and restructuring matters with three years of experience in the practice of law. must have the opportunity to be involved in assisting public and private businesses, executives, and investors in various distressed situations, and counsel clients in out of court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcies. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing skills. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample and law school transcript. Experience drafting and arguing motions. Assist with a caseload of predominately construction defect and general liability insurance defense litigation. Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. The ability to prioritize and to work independently. Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
