Job Overview: The Labor And Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment matters while also having the chance to work on general civil litigation cases. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment cases.
• Research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide informed advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and objectives.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the Nevada Bar.
• 1-7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Preference for labor and employment experience; however, general civil litigation experience is welcome.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
