- Responsibilities:
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
- Resolve issues within the team

- Analyzing structural realignment, cash and financial statement effectiveness
- Improving tax efficiencies of cross-border flows in an M&A context
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building and maintaining relationships, and communicating value propositions

- Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
- Tax technical business advisor
