Job Details:

• Assist and educate clients about their legal rights and responsibilities.
• Manage caseloads from initiation to resolution, ensuring thorough and effective representation.
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and negotiations to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in trials, motions, discovery depositions, hearings, mediation, and other litigation proceedings.
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Effectively manage a team of legal assistants, case managers, and litigation professionals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a fully accredited law school.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Member of the State Bar Association and a valid state license to practice law in Texas.
• Outstanding negotiation, research, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases (approximately 100).
• Passion for helping people and a commitment to client advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the State Bar Association.
• Valid state license to practice law in Texas.
