The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing complex and sensitive client work, including preparing patent applications and responses to communications from the USPTO. Duties:

• Prepare draft patent applications and draft responses to USPTO communications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.
• High level of academic achievement.
• The solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience.

Education:

• JD and admission to the USPTO.
• Advanced degrees in organic chemistry or chemical engineering are preferred.

Certifications:

Admission to the USPTO.
