The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of general corporate and transactional matters, supporting and enhancing a robust health care practice across the firm's platform. Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills are required, with a portable and growing book of business being favorably regarded.

 

Duties:

  • Represent corporate clients in the health care industry in various transactional and corporate matters.
  • Provide legal advice and support on general corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on health care regulatory compliance issues.
  • Assist in due diligence reviews for corporate transactions.
  • Support and collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including corporate and M&A transactional work.
  • Exposure to clients in the health care industry is preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Portable and growing book of business preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

 

Skills:
