The ideal candidate must be admitted to the Texas State Bar and have experience in transportation, catastrophic injury, commercial disputes, construction, medical malpractice, and/or healthcare matters.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
  • Assist in client communication and case management activities
  • Participate in strategy sessions and contribute strategic insights to meet client goals
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service throughout all interactions
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to provide informed counsel

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar
  • 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
  • Experience in transportation, catastrophic injury, commercial disputes, construction, medical malpractice, and/or healthcare matters
  • Exceptional research and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Texas State Bar
