Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on blockchain and crypto-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance, private offerings, and general corporate transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to venture capital investments, token offerings, and other blockchain-related activities.
  • Conducted legal research on evolving blockchain and crypto regulations and provided strategic advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients' blockchain initiatives, including business development, technology, and finance.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactions involving blockchain and crypto assets.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations.
  • Provide general corporate legal services to tech companies and startups.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a major law firm, specifically in private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for blockchain and crypto technology and businesses.
  • Membership to the State Bar of Massachusetts.
  • Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
