The successful candidate will handle a variety of civil litigation matters and contribute to the firm's success. Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings in state and federal courts
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics
• Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on case developments
• Manage caseload efficiently and effectively meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• 1-5 years of experience practicing civil litigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and professionalism

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
