  • Provide guidance on eDiscovery laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Effectively communicate complex legal and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with the preservation, filtering, and export capabilities of corporate messaging, collaboration, and productivity solutions, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Strongly prefer expertise with the eDiscovery tool, Relativity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with corporate messaging and collaboration solutions like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Strongly preferred expertise with Relativity.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

  • Relevant eDiscovery certifications are a plus.
