Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.

• Attend depositions and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience in practicing law, with a focus on child sex abuse cases.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and legal precedents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
