Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Lawyer will represent clients in various personal injury cases, offering expert legal analysis and advice while managing all aspects of litigation. The successful candidate will negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and slip and fall incidents.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Provide expert legal analysis and advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.
• Negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies, other attorneys, and lien holders.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven track record of negotiating and settling complex cases.
