Duties:

• Handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing.
• Conducting due diligence and title review.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Providing legal advice to clients on real estate matters.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful transactions.
• Staying current on industry trends and changes in real estate law.

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
